Q: Is this stuff real hand sanitizer?

A: Yes,  we manufacture it, we are the direct experts and will continue to be the direct service provider even after the pandemic is over.

Q: Why don’t you make smaller bottles?

A: We are a bulk supplier, we are rapidly working on getting smaller consumer sizes, although we are not able to procure the bottles in our recent pandemic.  Nor is our bottling facility ready to roll out smaller sizes, expect mid July  2020.

Q: I used to get hand sanitizer so much cheaper at Costco! Why is this so expensive? ARE YOU PRICE GOUGING?

A: Our price at first seems expensive, although it is bulk pricing, consumer products average .35 cents an ounce to $1.25 an ounce, we are averaging .24 cents an ounce to .75 cents an ounce, we are cheaper.  That’s right, in our recent pandemic, we are cheaper.

Q: Why then are you doing all of this?

A: As an oilfield chemical supplier we are your resident chemical experts, sanitizer and disinfectant is a variant of chemicals we use every day.  They are safe and ready to use.  EPA Registration is a difficult thing to achieve, we didn't register them within the last 2 weeks, we have had them!

Q: Are you actually going to ship my sanitizer?

A: Of course, we didn’t just start selling chemical solutions 3 days ago, we have made our living for numerous years supplying chemicals to combat bacteria.  Purchase with confidence and security, we base our business on the long term.

Q: I want to buy it all! I want it all!

A: Our supply is so large, go for it, we won’t run out, we will sell it at our low prices to whomever wants it.  We are not here to limit supply.

Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t use mine?

A: Nope. There aren’t any refunds on this product except if yours was somehow defective. If yours shows up damaged, send us a picture to info@23dservices.com
